    The Contact person/Coordinator of each item must ensure at least 50% of the participants in each group are registered members of AMMA and the projected program is free from offensive content. AMMA Managing Committee (the organizer) intends to publish photographs and/or videos captured during the events on its website and social media platforms. The Coordinator is responsible to inform and get consent from guardians of participants under the age of 18 years in agreement with this. Submissions are confirmed only after approval and the acceptance will be communicated to the Contact person / Coordinator. Please note that performers can only participate in upto maximum of two programs. Please contact the Program Coordinators for any clarifications. Form to be filled and submitted before 10/08/2026.
